Eligio is an AI-powered evidence analysis tool that helps individuals assess their eligibility for immigration visa categories. The service analyzes uploaded documents and generates reports with scores, gap analysis, and recommended actions.

2. Not Legal Advice

Eligio is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our reports are AI-generated evidence assessments intended to help you prepare for a consultation with a qualified immigration attorney. USCIS adjudication involves subjective evaluation, and outcomes may differ from our analysis. You should not rely solely on Eligio reports when making immigration decisions.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Eligio. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Free tier provides a basic eligibility overview at no cost.
• Evidence Audit (₹2,999) unlocks detailed per-criterion analysis and recommendations.
• Full Case Builder (₹9,999) includes everything in Evidence Audit plus priority actions, comparable profiles, and PDF export.
• All payments are one-time charges per case, processed securely via Razorpay.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Eligio a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your analysis report. We will not share your documents with other users or use them for purposes unrelated to providing our service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated documents.
• Use the service to assist with fraudulent immigration applications.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI analysis system.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute Eligio reports commercially.

7. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI analysis is based on publicly available USCIS policy guidance and case precedent. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can make errors. Scores and verdicts are estimates, not guarantees. The analysis does not account for all factors that USCIS may consider, including recent policy changes, regional office practices, or officer discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eligio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any immigration application outcomes, visa denials, or decisions made based on our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
